You will work on the most topical aspects of recruitment on the basis of an integrated approach. You will learn how to optimize the recruitment process, how to manage it and how to control it. This ERI C Master Class deals with topical themes ranging from strategic to international recruitment and is given by very experienced trainers from the national and international recruitment field. The complete programme is focused on allowing you as an HR/ recruitment manager or director to develop further in the recruitment profession.
To round off the Master Class you will draw up a strategic recruitment plan for your own organisation. If you successfully complete this course you will not only receive the official ‘Master Class Recruitment Strategy – ERI C’ certificate, but also a number of master points which you can use to get exemptions from the MBA programme at NCOI.
